WARRANTY POLICY INSTRUCTION
We provide a 6-month warranty service for watch movements. If there is a movement malfunction during normal use, you only need to provide photos and video explanations of the problem, and we will provide you with a return address and recommended safe return methods.
After the watch repair is completed, it will be sent back to you, and you only need to bear the return shipping cost. It is recommended to choose the most economical local shipping method.
Special remind: As most replica watches are not designed for waterproofing, we do not assume any responsibility for any issues caused by water ingress, please understand.
What should I do if the movement of the watch cannot operate after receiving it?
Please review the quality inspection video we provided before shipment. We will not issue products with malfunctions. You can confirm that they match the quality inspection data by comparing the serial numbers. Common reasons may include:
1.Long term transportation causes the watch to stop running, please try manually winding it.
2.Temporary abnormalities may occur during transportation due to vibrations: To avoid high tariffs, packages are generally declared as low value, delivery personnel may not necessarily consider is as a high-value product.
If you confirm that the watch is not functioning, please contact us and we will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund if necessary.
When does the warranty period start counting?
The warranty period starts from the date you confirm receipt and is valid for 6 months.
